Manufacturing Supervisor

Summary We are seeking a 2nd shift Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team at NH Ball Bearings. In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Lead and mentor a team of production employees, promoting a culture of safety and quality. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues.Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
