Join our team as an Affordable Housing Property Manager at Stella Apartments!Stella Apartments is a 132-unit affordable housing community operating under LIHTC and PBV programs. We’re seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager who understands the unique balance of regulatory compliance, operational leadership, and resident service that successful affordable communities require.If you’re an experienced LIHTC professional who enjoys building strong teams and stable communities, this is an opportunity to lead a property where your expertise truly matters.What You’ll DoLead all day-to-day operations of a 132-unit LIHTC and PBV communitySupervise, coach, and support the on-site team while maintaining strong accountability and performanceManage property financials including budgeting, expense control, rent collections, and variance reviewEnsure strict compliance with LIHTC and PBV program requirements in partnership with the Compliance teamOversee recertifications, documentation, and file integrity to maintain audit readinessPartner with maintenance to coordinate work orders, inspections, preventative maintenance, and unit turnsDrive occupancy and retention through effective leasing, outreach, and resident engagementWhat You’ll BringProperty management experience within affordable housingStrong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance requirementsExperience working with PBV, Section 8, or other HUD-related programsProven leadership experience supervising on-site property teamsStrong financial management, organization, and reporting skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse residents and stakeholdersCompensation & BenefitsBase salary between $75,000-$85,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with 6% company match18 days of paid time off11.5 paid holidaysPaid parental leaveShort- and long-term disability insuranceOpportunity to grow with a mission-driven organization focused on building strong communitiesIf you’re an experienced affordable housing professional ready to lead a community like Stella Apartments, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us.Gorman & Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
