This role is responsible for establishing clear strategies, KPIs, and training programs while influencing cross-functional collaboration. With over 10 years of leadership experience in sales and enablement, the ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and a data-driven approach. This position allows for full remote work or hybrid with Chicago or Dallas preferred.
