Senior Software Engineer - AI Enablement

Overview In this role you will serve as the technical engine of the AI Enablement team to bridge AI-adjacent and AI-native workflows. You will own a defined domain (e.g., MCP ecosystem or an AI prototyping repo) while supporting the broader stack. You will build and operate MCP servers, deploy autonomous agents within FedRAMP boundaries, and evaluate new AI tools to align with Workiva’s architecture and security standards. You’ll mentor peers, document best practices, and measure impact on velocity and quality through data-driven metrics.
