Supply Chain Implementation Lead
Responsibilities of the Implementation Team Leader include, but are not limited to:
Conduct accurate data collection activities during implementations
This position requires 95% travel
Ensure accurate and successful operational launches
Maintain a high level of accuracy and timeliness on all implementation processes as outlined in DXP SCS implementation timeline
Conduct storeroom organization, labeling, data collection in Data Collection Tool, and validation of parts as directed by SMART
Conduct implementation kick-off meetings and subsequent weekly status meetings with client stakeholders along with account General Manager
Conduct interviews and make recommendations to the General Manager of potential candidates
Conduct training and certification of newly hired operational staff in P21
Accurate and timely communication at all levels
Qualifications of the Implementation Team Leader include, but are not limited to:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
SAP experience
MRO and idustrial parts knowledge
Able to multi-task while maintaining and adhering to established project timelines
Direct and manage personnel in supporting project goals
