Duration: 36 MonthsJob Description: Seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training solutions that support operational readiness and business performance.This role partners with SMEs and stakeholders to translate technical content into effective learning experiences.Responsibilities: Design and develop instructor-led (ILT), virtual, and eLearning training using ADDIE methodologyPartner with SMEs to gather content and develop structured training curriculumDeliver engaging training sessions across multiple locations (in-person and virtual)Support training projects from analysis through implementationUpdate training materials based on system or process changesRequired Qualifications Experience developing and delivering ILT, virtual, and eLearning trainingStrong working knowledge of ADDIE methodologyAbility to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholdersStrong facilitation, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceDesired Qualifications Experience in technical or operational training environmentsExperience supporting system implementations or process changesFamiliarity with training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick)Experience: Technical Training SpecialistExperience developing and delivering ILT, virtual, and eLearning trainingStrong working knowledge of ADDIE methodologySkillsets: Articulate Storyline, Rise, CamtasiaMicrosoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Teams, SharePointPower BI (preferred)Education: Bachelors degreeAdditional Details: Travel: Up to 25% (regional travel required)Locations: IN, OH, KY, NC, SC, FLAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
