The Regional Sales Manager will lead territory development by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners, and expanding the adoption of Vibrant Wellness testing and solutions.You will represent Vibrant Wellness in one of the most dynamic longevity and integrative medicine markets in the country. Success in this role requires credibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting relationships with sophisticated providers.You will operate with autonomy, speed, and accountability while working in close partnership with a regional Client Account Manager to support and grow the territory.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across Northern CaliforniaIdentify and engage with high potential healthcare providers, primarily within integrative, functional, and proactive health practicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinic owners, and healthcare practitionersDeliver professional product presentations and educational discussions on Vibrant Wellness testing, supplements, and solutionsPartner closely with the regional Client Account Manager to support existing accounts, expand utilization, and deliver a high level client experienceCoordinate territory strategy, account planning, and growth initiatives with the Client Account ManagerRepresent Vibrant Wellness at industry events, educational programs, and provider gatherings across the regionMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunitiesWork cross functionally with marketing, clinical support, and operations to support provider successMaintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client engagement within HubSpot CRMWho This Role Is ForThis role is designed for a high performing sales professional who is comfortable building a market and developing long term relationships with healthcare providers.Successful candidates typically demonstrate:A strong track record of sales performance and territory growthThe ability to build credibility with physicians and healthcare professionalsComfort operating in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environmentStrategic thinking and strong organizational skillsSelf motivation and personal accountabilityThe ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a national teamConfidence, professionalism, and intellectual curiosity are essential in this role.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years experience in sales or business developmentDemonstrated success building and growing a territory or client baseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with physicians, healthcare practices, or healthcare organizations preferredKnowledge of integrative, functional, or longevity medicine is a plusExperience with CRM systems such as HubSpot preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredMedical sales or diagnostic laboratory experience is an advantageCandidates should be prepared to discuss documented sales performance and examples of territory growthCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary with strong commission and bonus potentialHealth insurance benefitsRetirement plan optionsFlexible work environment with a combination of field and remote workThis role offers the opportunity to help shape Vibrant Wellness’ presence in one of the most influential healthcare markets in the country while working with innovative providers focused on the future of medicine.
