Homecare Manager

We are looking for a reliable and organized Homecare Coordinator to join our team in the Houston. This role plays a key part in coordinating in-home care services for veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care while maintaining strong communication with caregivers, families, and VA partners.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans, this could be a great fit.What You’ll DoOversee daily homecare operations including scheduling, staffing, and service coordinationAct as the main point of contact for VA referrals and communication with the U.S. Department of Veterans AffairsCoordinate intake and onboarding for new veteran clients, ensuring smooth start-of-care processesCommunicate regularly with VA case managers, social workers, clients, and familiesSupervise caregivers and ensure care plans are being followed properlyReview documentation, visit notes, and timesheets for accuracy and complianceRespond quickly to scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent client needsHelp maintain compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and VA requirementsBuild strong working relationships with local referral partners in the Houston areaWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in homecare, healthcare coordination, office management, or similar fieldExperience working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or veteran programs is strongly preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environmentExperience supervising caregivers or direct care staff is a plusReliable, professional, and detail-orientedWhy Join UsMeaningful work supporting veterans in your communitySupportive team environmentOpportunity to grow within a growing homecare organizationFull Time BenefitsSalary pay 45,000 - 70,000 (Base + Commission)
