DIETARY SPECIALS COOK
CMC is seeking a full-time Dietary Specials Cook to join our team! This position supports the kitchen by helping prepare all daily specials, including food and drinks for patients, residents, staff and visitors, all while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. This position will help with all other kitchen duties and cooking assigned by the Lead Cook. The Specials Cook is expected to maintain professionalism and frequently works under minimal supervision. Successful candidates will possess an enthusiastic and willing attitude working as a contributing member of the Dietary team, consistent with CMC’s Mission and Vision. Come join us in the kitchen!
Education/Experience:
Must be 18 years to apply and possess a current State Food & Beverage Service Worker’s Permit
Knowledge of basic food and culinary principles required
$1.75/hr. night differential/$1.25/hr. weekend differential

Pay/Grade Range: The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility according to an evaluation of the roles’ duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education and experience.
