Litigation Paralegal (3–5 Years)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Our client, a respected mid‑sized law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This role will support attorneys across multiple offices and focus on a mix of real estate, construction, and business litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
Provide litigation support to 2–3 attorneys across multiple offices
Manage e‑filing in state and local courts
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and docketing systems
Assist with drafting and organizing legal documents
Coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, and meetings
Track and record billable time (target of approximately 5 billable hours per day)
Support all aspects of case management in civil litigation matters
Qualifications
3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience required
Experience in real estate, construction, or business litigation preferred
Familiarity with state and local court rules and procedures
Experience with e‑filing systems and court filings
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
