We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Job DescriptionCORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSFollow all company policies and guidelines related to workplace safety and product qualityUnderstand and operate a complex, manually controlled chemical feed and recovery systemMonitor and adjust system parameters to achieve required quality standardsMove, empty, and fill vessels as required by the processPerform quality control checks on filled vessels, including leak checks and flow testing using designated test stations, handheld devices, and automated measuring equipmentPerform daily maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipmentEnter and maintain accurate data in logs and systems for inventory control and quality assurance recordkeepingAssist in troubleshooting machine operations and processes to improve efficiencySupport resolution of routine manufacturing and maintenance-related issues affecting daily operationsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by actively participating in housekeeping responsibilitiesPosition RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust be able to read and write in EnglishMust complete all site-specific safety trainingAbility to clearly communicate with team members regarding batch status and process updatesAbility to read and follow written instructionsBasic math skills requiredPrior manufacturing or plant experience preferredForklift operation experience preferredBasic computer skills and familiarity with plant control systems preferred.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
