From streaming AI conversations and voice interactions to intelligent recommendations and long-running workflows, you'll help define what an AI-native mobile experience should be.If you're excited by building products at the intersection of mobile engineering and AI, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingBuild and maintain high-quality Android applications using KotlinDevelop AI-powered experiences including chat, voice, vision and intelligent recommendationsDesign seamless user experiences for streaming responses, retries and long-running AI interactionsOptimise application performance, responsiveness, memory usage and battery efficiencyCollaborate with backend and machine learning engineers to shape APIs and product behaviourImplement analytics, monitoring and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve AI performanceDeliver secure, scalable and reliable production applicationsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of Android development experience using KotlinExperience integrating AI capabilities such as LLMs, vision or speech APIsStrong knowledge of Coroutines, Flow and asynchronous programmingExperience working with REST or gRPC APIsExcellent debugging, profiling and performance optimisation skillsExperience building resilient applications that handle latency, partial failures and unpredictable responses gracefullyBonus points if you have experience with:ML Kit or TensorFlow LiteOn-device machine learningApplications published to the Google Play Store
