Position SummaryThe Installer supports the setup and breakdown of temporary structures for live events, ensuring that builds are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.‍Core ResponsibilitiesAssist in loading, unloading, and staging event materialsSet up tents, flooring, staging, and related event infrastructureFollow build instructions and crew leadership guidanceMaintain clean, organized work sites and respect client propertySupport safe equipment operation and teamwork onsitePerform general labor tasks with consistency and attention to detail‍RequirementsFull-time availability, including early mornings and weekendsPhysically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet all dayComfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environmentReliable transportation to Torrance or job sites‍Qualifications & Experience1+ year of experience in events, construction, or manual labor preferredPositive attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to learn and grow within the companyBilingual a plus but not requiredForklift certification is a bonus‍
