What We NeedCorpay is seeking a highly strategic Senior Product Manager to own product direction across our ERP integrations and partner ecosystem. This is a market-facing, commercially oriented role responsible for shaping how Corpay integrates, competes, and grows within ERP marketplaces — specifically Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct.This is not a traditional backlog- or sprint-focused PM position. This leader will operate at the intersection of ecosystem strategy, revenue growth, channel partnerships, and integration platform evolution — serving as the strategic hub between ERP channel partners, sales, marketing, product engineering, and customer success.If you are energized by ecosystem strategy, embedded finance, API platforms, and partner-led growth — this role is for you.How We WorkAs a Senior Product Manager, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Company-issued equipmentHands-on trainingEcosystem & ERP StrategyOwning product strategy across ERP ecosystems including Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and Sage IntacctDeveloping a clear point of view on marketplace trends, partner requirements, and competitive positioningIdentifying co-sell, embedded finance, and integration expansion opportunitiesServing as the strategic voice of ERP and channel partners within product planningDefining marketplace growth and partner enablement strategiesAttending ERP channel events and building relationships with key ecosystem partnersIntegration & API Platform LeadershipShaping the long-term vision for Corpay's API portfolio, including AP Automation, Commercial Card, Webhooks, and real-time integrationsInfluencing modernization from batch-based processes toward API-first capabilitiesCreating and managing the Developer toolkit and documentation standardsElevating integration simplicity and developer experiencePartnering with Engineering to ensure scalable, secure, marketplace-ready integrationsTranslating partner and market feedback into structured product insightsRevenue & Market AlignmentPartnering with Direct and Channel Sales leaders to understand pipeline drivers and integration-led deal opportunitiesDeveloping business cases for strategic integration investmentsInfluencing roadmap priorities based on revenue impact and ecosystem opportunitySupporting strategic deals where integration positioning is criticalCross-Functional LeadershipAligning Product, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around ecosystem prioritiesEstablishing structured feedback loops between partner-facing teams and product teamsProviding strategic updates to executive leadership on integration and marketplace performanceWorking with Solution Consultants to ensure they are equipped to deliver the Corpay Complete 'Better Together' storyWhat Success Looks LikeClear ERP ecosystem strategy tied to measurable revenue growthStrong alignment between the integration roadmap and partner needsIncreased marketplace traction and partner-driven revenueImproved sales effectiveness in ecosystem-led dealsExecutive confidence in the long-term integration platform directionCrisp, accurate articulation of what Corpay integrations do and do not doQualifications & Skills8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, API/Integration leadership, or Ecosystem StrategyHands-on experience working within ERP ecosystems — Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct requiredDemonstrated ability to own and drive go-to-market strategy within a channel or partner ecosystem, not just support itStrong working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration platform concepts; technical depth with APIs is a significant plusProven track record of influencing product roadmaps and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authorityCommercial orientation — able to build business cases, quantify ecosystem opportunity, and connect product decisions to revenue outcomesExperience in FinTech, B2B payments, AP automation, or Commercial Card strongly preferredExperience working with channel, reseller, or referral partner modelsBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic business experience preferredBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesPay Transparency This salary range is provided for locationswhich require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $145K–$180K per annum.
