Find out more about career opportunities to work with the best team in the industry.The Account Manager, Real Estate will assist the Account Executive, Broker and Producer with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business for the Real Estate team. The Account Manager will coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal.Duties & Responsibilities:Work to plan and prepare the renewal strategy meeting with A/E for both internally and withPrepare the renewal process and generate key renewal deliverables:Review certificate holder list and provide to clientConfirm manuscript certificates neededUnderstand Auto ID Cards distribution for clientsManage the renewal process with quotes distribution and managing the bind processWork with premium financing when applicableCreate account file including all policy files and client agreementsManage client subjectivities, input into EPIC, and send to CAC Binders for data collectionService Specific Activities:Complete invoices and send to clientIssue and distribute renewal outputsFollow up with carriers for policiesFollow up with brokers that the policies have been checkedSend checked policies to client, place copies in EPIC and send to CAC Policies for data collectionFollow up with carrier if any endorsements are neededMaintain shared drive of key documents (i.e policies, endorsements, invoices, Autos ID Cards, Certificates, Audits etc.)Monitor expiration dates of all policies, including feesSuspend for Audits and review against binders/agreementsHandle ad hoc requests for certificates, auto id cards, endorsementsResponsible for new client setupSet up in EPICWork with Brokers to obtain copies of policies from carriersRequest and review prior brokers Schedule of Insurance, recreate from CACRequest and review Certificate copies and an Excel schedule, update as needed and import into CAC systemRequest and review Auto ID CardsDevelop and maintain account handling instructionsLead renewal planning effortsFollow up with client for paymentResolve accounting issuesQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years of relevant work experience requiredState specific license required, or obtained within 60 days of hireAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail & time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPointSalesforce, eCerts & EPIC experience preferredStarting pay is $75-90k; salary negotiable at time of hire.The Baldwin Group will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate who applies on our career site.
