Manufacturing Technician IThe Manufacturing Technician I supports daily production operations by performing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks. This role ensures products are built accurately and efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Key responsibilities include:Assemble mechanical and electrical components and subassemblies using hand, electric, and pneumatic toolsFollow detailed, step-by-step work instructions to complete product buildsPerform repetitive PCB and electronic subassembly assemblyExecute hand soldering of small components to specified standardsInterpret and follow engineered drawings, schematics, and technical documentationMaintain clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstationsAccurately record production data and build completion informationSupport continuous improvement efforts, including yield optimization and rework reductionPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or lead techniciansQualifications include:High school diploma or equivalent requiredProven hand soldering experience in a manufacturing environment (required)Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawingsPrior experience in production-line electronics assembly preferredBasic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and a positive attitude
