District Health Aide

Applicant should be have the ability to communicate well with school agechildren and school personnel and verbalize and demonstrate a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.The School Health Aide will assist the district nurses with the following: basic first aid forstudents and staff, administration of medication, assistance with record keeping in student database, assist with health screenings, and participate in trainings to continually upgrade skills neededfor this position in a confidential heath office setting.
