The business operates at the intersection of R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, scaling complex hardware programs from concept through production.The RoleWe are seeking a technically fluent Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs across a portfolio of advanced battery products.You will sit at the centre of cross-functional delivery - coordinating engineering, R&D, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners to ensure programs progress smoothly from early development through qualification and production transfer.This is a high-impact role where you will:Own program schedules, milestone tracking, and risk management across multiple NPI programsTranslate customer requirements into internal performance targets and critical-to-quality parametersCoordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, and external manufacturing partnersLead technical program reviews and ensure action item closure across stakeholdersPrepare and present program updates, risk summaries, and milestone reporting to internal and external stakeholdersSupport supplier qualification and manufacturing readiness activitiesIdentify, escalate, and resolve technical, manufacturing, and schedule risksWhat We're Looking For5+ years of program or project management experience in hardware or manufacturing environmentsExperience managing NPI or product qualification programs end-to-endUnderstanding of lithium-ion cell testing and manufacturing processesExperience working directly with suppliers and contract manufacturersStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsDegree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical fieldPreferred ExperienceBackground in batteries, energy storageFamiliarity with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, AS9100, or ISO 9001 frameworksPMP or Six Sigma certificationKorean language skills (beneficial for supplier coordination)
