Job Title: Project Manager cum Analyst (PLM)Location: RTP, NC / San Jose, CA (100% Onsite)Employment Type: Long Term ContractCandidates with prior CISCO project experience will be given preference.Position Summary: We are seeking two Project Manager cum Analyst who can balance hands-on analysis with strategic project management responsibilities. The ideal candidates will bring PLM domain knowledge to drive critical initiatives, while also managing project delivery, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.Perform hands-on business analysis to gather, document, and validate requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.Track progress against milestones, budgets, and deliverables; provide clear updates to stakeholders.Support strategic initiatives by preparing presentations, reports, and executive-level updates.Drive adoption of PLM-related processes, tools, and systems in alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications & Skills7+ years of combined experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in IT or engineering domains.Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes.Proven ability to work in hybrid roles-hands-on analysis plus project leadership.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (executive-level presence a plus).Ability to handle multiple priorities within constrained budgets and timelines.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
