This individual serves as the face of our organization, educating the community on our services and ensuring smooth transitions of care.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sourcesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and partnershipsConduct presentations and in-services about our Home Health and/or Hospice programsCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality and timely admissionsTrack and report marketing activities and outcomesRepresent the agency at health fairs, networking events, and community programsQualifications:Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health or hospiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and referral processes is a plusReliable transportation and valid driver's license
