The Overnight Front Desk Clerk plays a vital role in supporting both guest services and nightly financial operations. This position is responsible for balancing daily transactions, preparing accounting summary reports, and ensuring a seamless overnight guest experience. Working the overnight shift (11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.), this role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional guest service standards. Duties & Responsibilities:Balance daily operational transactions and prepare accounting summary reports Complete nightly audit procedures in accordance with established policies Check guests in and out efficiently while providing professional and courteous service Assist guests with inquiries, phone calls, and reservation support as needed Maintain working knowledge of resort amenities, services, and local events Complete overnight checklists and ensure a smooth transition to the morning team Coordinate with other departments to support seamless guest experiences Maintain flexibility to support 24-hour front desk operations, including weekends and holidays Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality or accounting experience strongly preferred Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), particularly within a hospitality environment, preferred Proficiency with 10-key by touch preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours Ability to remain focused in a quiet office environment for extended periods Strong verbal communication and guest service skills Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and use hands and arms for gripping, handling, and reaching Ability to safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
