Remote Business Analyst

About the Opportunity: The Remote Business Analyst plays a critical role in connecting business objectives with technology solutions. This position focuses on analyzing business processes and translating complex requirements into clear functional specifications to enhance efficiency and support innovation.3. Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process flows based on business needs.Maintain detailed project documentation including process maps and requirement traceability.Facilitate meetings and workshops to validate requirements.Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to align solutions with business goals.Identify and report on risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.Support testing and implementation phases to ensure smooth project transitions.Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clear communication.4. Requirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and business process re-engineering.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.Experience in natural resources, mining, or commodities sectors is advantageous.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is desirable.5.
