This role works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and logistics teams to support customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolutionPartner with internal teams (sales, supply chain, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentProcess, track, and manage customer orders from entry through deliveryHandle customer requests related to pricing, product availability, and lead timesResolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer complaintsMaintain strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of serviceMonitor order activity and proactively address potential service issuesCoordinate inventory and replenishment needs with internal and external partnersSupport reporting and analysis related to customer activity and service levelsAssist team members as needed to manage workload fluctuationsQualificationsAssociate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related)3+ years of customer service or operations support experience (manufacturing preferred)Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar strongly preferred)Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPreferred ExperienceManufacturing or industrial environmentExposure to logistics, supply chain, or order managementExperience with international documentation (nice to have)Medical, dental, vision, 401k vacation
