Qualifications The Software developer must have five years of experience building complex .NET Web applications, functions, workflow, and SQL queries. Experience in the following area(s) is required:5 years of ASP.NET/MVC5 years of .NET Core5 years of C# Programming4 years of SQL Server and Oracle database2 years PostgreSQLAt least 1 year of experience on Snowflake (data querying)3 years of Visual Studio, POSTMAN, ArcGIS The Software Developer must have a BS/BA degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. A master's degree in computer technology is preferred. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis. Two years of experience with supporting transportation applications in any of the following: MapNet, FASTER, or Gasboy/EKOS.
