Key Responsibilities * Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. * Troubleshoot and resolve process-related production issues to minimize downtime. * Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or improvements to existing ones. * Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions. * Monitor key process parameters and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and improvement projects. Recommended Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. * 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. * Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and SPC. * Ability to read, interpret, and develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). * Demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting, optimization, and root cause analysis. Bonus Qualifications * Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. * Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). * Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation. * Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for plant layout and equipment design.
