Maintain consistent performance and output aligned with project goals.Technical Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues. Document problems, actions taken, and outcomes to support continuous improvement.Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for on-site personnel, including project managers, supervisors, and equipment operators. Maintain clear, professional communication.Daily Reporting: Provide concise updates on progress, challenges, and upcoming needs. Monitor productivity and coordinate logistics such as materials, parts, and scheduling.Resource Management: Handle company-provided resources responsibly, including travel, lodging, and on-site purchases.
