Support Staff-2026-2027-Head Plant Manager

Job descriptionThis position is responsible for the entire physical plant operation including custodial and usual and routine maintenance.Tentative position available is Head Plant Manager for the 2026-2027 School Year.Required qualifications, skills and experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of three years of the following: maintenance and/or custodial supervisory experience; maintaining commercial facilities buildings and grounds to include minor repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; utilizing custodial equipment and cleaning compounds.Possess State of Florida limited certificate in lawn and ornamental pest control; Must be able to obtain master custodial certification within the first year of employment.EEO statementThe School District of Osceola County, Florida, does not discriminate in treatment or employment in its programs on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, marital status or genetic information in its educational programs and employment practices.
