From your first day to your next career milestone-your experience matters.Department/Unit SummaryThe Med/Surg Unit at Bluegrass Community Hospital embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care to acute care and swing bed patients. This 16-bed unit operates within a critical access hospital setting, ensuring patients receive optimal medical attention and support.How you'll contributeYou'll make an impact by assessing the patient's condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care. You will collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions.
