Director of Technical Accounting and Reporting

We’re a dynamic, publicly traded company on an exciting growth trajectory—and we’re looking for a Director of Technical Accounting and Reporting to join our finance team. This is a critical role for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring reporting excellence and SEC compliance.What You’ll Do:Lead the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and other periodic filingsEnsure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsCoordinate internal and external resources for quarterly and annual reportingWork closely with external auditors, legal, and investor relations teamsSupport technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standardsAssist in developing internal controls and process improvementsPartner with FP&A and accounting teams to deliver accurate and timely financial reportingHelp manage financial statement disclosures and narrative development for investor communicationsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance10+ years of experience in public accounting and/or public company reportingStrong expertise in SEC reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K preparationSolid understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial statement presentationExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with ERP systems
