Position Title: HVAC TechnicianLocation: Paris, TXClearance Requirements: NonePosition Status: Contract To HirePay Rate: $30.00 per hourPosition DescriptionJoin a leading industrial maintenance team as a dedicated HVAC Technician at Kimberly Clark in Paris, TX. In this role, you will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining reliable climate control systems, including ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDCs, and ventilation systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, analyzing data, and making recommendations for system improvements. You will also assist with maintaining chillers, boilers, and kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with team members and management.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and system monitoring.Read and interpret HVAC schematics, blueprints, and manuals to facilitate maintenance tasks.Operate and maintain HVAC control systems, including BMS checks and refrigerant recovery.Analyze system data to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate logs, reports, and inventory related to equipment operation and maintenance.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards, including the proper use of PPE.Assist in ordering supplies, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting team members with major repairs.Participate in on-call emergency work rotation, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.Attend training sessions to stay current with OEM standards and industry best practices.Top RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED; HVAC technical certification or state-approved HVAC license required.Valid driver’s license and EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification.Proven experience working with industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.Strong understanding of HVAC controls, schematics, and blueprints.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual (Spanish) a plus.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and teamwork.About Seneca ResourcesAt Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
