Required Skills: Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ABO or truly BE candidates considered)Valid PA medical license (or eligible to obtain)Active DEA licenseMinimum of 1 year of post-qualification experienceStrong clinical and surgical skills in ENT proceduresExcellent communication and patient management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a high-pressure trauma settingNice to Have Skills: Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Previous exposure to trauma hospital environmentsBilingual capabilities for diverse patient populationsAdditional certifications in advanced ENT procedures or trauma carePreferred Education and Experience: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)Completion of ENT residency programAt least 1 year of relevant practice experience in an acute hospital settingOther Requirements: Valid state license in Pennsylvania (or eligible for licensure)DEA certificationWillingness to participate in a 24-hour call schedule with a 1:4 rotationCommitment to quality care and team collaborationWillingness to support night and weekend shifts as requiredTravel and licensure reimbursements available when applicableThis is an exceptional opportunity for qualified ENT physicians eager to make an impact in a comprehensive healthcare environment.
