Required Skills: Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) or equivalent certification (BC or truly BE)Valid medical license in Pennsylvania (PA) or the ability to obtain one promptlyDEA certificationMinimum of 1 year of post-residency clinical experienceStrong clinical skills in ENT procedures across all age groupsExcellent communication and patient care skillsAbility to handle 24-hour call shifts with mid-shift callback responsibilities (4-6 hours/day)Nice to Have Skills: Experience with trauma cases and ER coverageFamiliarity with EPIC electronic medical records systemAdditional certifications in advanced ENT procedures or trauma managementBilingual abilitiesPreferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institutionProven track record in a hospital-based ENT practicePrior experience working in a Level 1 trauma settingOther Requirements: Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts with weekend coverageAbility to adapt to rapid clinical changes and prioritize patient safetyValid DEA license required prior to start datePossible travel or licensure reimbursementThis position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,030.11, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
