Lead and supervise front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, guest relations, and ensuring smooth flow of service.
Train, mentor, and develop staff on food handling, POS systems such as Toast POS, customer service techniques, and food safety protocols.
Manage seating arrangements, and waitlist procedures to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.
Monitor inventory control, cash handling procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations related to food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen management on food preparation standards, timing, and quality assurance to maintain high culinary standards.
Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for guests.
Proficiency in POS systems such as Toast for order processing and cash handling.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
Background in hospitality or restaurant experience.
