Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You'll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule post-inspection appointments and repairs, and assure clients make it to the closing table. Apply now!Responsibilities:Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to closeInput client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file complianceLook over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficientlySupport sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loansQualifications:Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferredApplicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skillsHigh school or equivalent required, some college experience preferredObtained real estate license or are currently pursuingDriven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experienceAbout Company:The mission of the Scott Varley Real Estate Team is to provide exceptional customer service, lead the real estate market, and build a world-class team of agents.
