Responsibilities include cash application, collections, customer support, compliance tracking, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth account management and service continuity.Key Responsibilities for Credit/AR Representative Process and post daily cash receipts accurately and efficientlyManage B2B collections while maintaining professional, relationship-focused customer communicationSupport lien rights administration, waiver preparation, and taxability/compliance tracking when neededHandle rotating departmental duties to support seamless team coveragePerform basic Excel data entry, tracking, and reportingRespond to inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during peak business cyclesContribute to a collaborative, service-oriented culture as a Credit and AR RepresentativeQualifications Minimum of 2 years of B2B credit and collections experience with hands-on cash application responsibilitiesStrong customer service and communication skillsConstruction, HVAC, or commercial project industry exposure preferredFamiliarity with lien waivers, taxability requirements, or construction-related compliance is highly valuedMust have basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting activitiesAbility to adapt to changing priorities and rotating assignments as a Credit and AR RepresentativeDenver MetroWhat We're Looking For Our client values professionals who are collaborative, proactive, steady under pressure, and team-focused.
