Job Description Salary: $25.00 HourlyRevivalRecovery LLC is seeking a mission-driven Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant (QBHA) to provide structured, strengths-based Life Skills services to individuals in recovery. The QBHA delivers non-clinical behavioral health support services under the supervision of a licensed clinician in accordance with Colorado Medicaid standards, agency policies, and individualized treatment plans.The QBHA plays a critical role in supporting client stability, skill development, recovery progress, and community reintegration while maintaining strict documentation compliance and ethical standards. RevivalRecovery LLC is a recovery-focused behavioral health organization dedicated to helping individuals build structure, stability, and sustainable sobriety through accountability, faith-integrated support, and evidence-informed Life Skills programming. We are committed to clinical excellence, compliance integrity, and transformative impact.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe QBHA will:Deliver Life Skills services in alignment with the clients individualized treatment plan.Assist clients in developing daily living skills, coping strategies, emotional regulation, employment readiness, and community engagement skills.Support clients in implementing relapse prevention strategies and recovery-oriented behaviors.Maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct at all times.Document services in Medicaid-compliant progress notes within required timelines.Utilize approved worksheets and structured interventions as directed by the treatment plan.Coordinate with Clinical Supervisor regarding client progress, barriers, and risk concerns.Participate in required supervision, case staffing, and team meetings.Immediately report safety concerns, policy violations, or risk indicators.Protect client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies.Documentation & Compliance RequirementsThe QBHA must:Complete accurate, timely, and audit-ready progress notes.Ensure documentation reflects medical necessity and direct service delivery.Follow all Colorado Medicaid and agency billing requirements for Life Skills services.Maintain active credentialing status as required by Colorado regulations.Adhere strictly to RevivalRecovery LLC Policies and Procedures Manual.Failure to maintain documentation standards may result in corrective action up to termination of contract.Minimum QualificationsMust meet Colorado Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant (QBHA) requirements.High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).Relevant experience in behavioral health, recovery support, case management, or human services.Ability to pass background check and meet Medicaid provider eligibility standards.Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Preferred QualificationsExperience working with individuals in substance use recovery.Familiarity with Medicaid documentation standards.Experience in structured recovery or faith-integrated support environments.Strong boundaries, accountability, and professional communication skills.Core CompetenciesEthical integrity and professionalismDocumentation accuracyTrauma-informed approachStrong interpersonal skillsAccountability and reliabilityAbility to work under clinical supervisionMission alignment with recovery-centered servicesPhysical & Work EnvironmentCommunity-based service deliveryOffice and residential recovery environmentsPossible local travel requiredAbility to sit, stand, and engage in client activitiesEqual Opportunity StatementRevivalRecovery LLC is an Equal Opportunity Organization.
