Responsibilities As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will directly convert inquiries into qualified consultations Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls, texts, and follow‑ups Follow approved scripts and workflows with precision Maintain accurate CRM records for seamless handoffs Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and communicate with confidence Collaborate with the call center team to refine techniques and celebrate wins Compensation, Benefits & Perks We believe performance should be rewarded. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfort with phone‑based conversations and objection handling Ability to excel in a structured, metrics‑driven environment High attention to detail and accuracy under volume Positive, resilient attitude with a customer‑first mindset Experience in call centers, customer service, sales, or home improvement is a plus Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a winning team Ready to Build Something Great?
