Senior Document Control Administrator1st Shift Position Summary: * Responsible for executing change orders for NPI, changes to existing SKUs, and discontinuations. * Possess basic understanding of the functions of Agile PLM, E1 and SAP and how each system supports existing processes. * Possess the ability (verbal, written, and email) to communicate effectively with internal customer(s) about standard processes. * Active participant in all required training's to execute on job functions. * Document Issues for use in Process Improvement Initiatives. * Understand the transfer of data to downstream systems, and ensure adherence to the data standards. * Desired competencies to be successful in this role: highly organized, a strong self-starter, detail and results oriented, flexible and able to adapt to change Key Responsibilities: * Supports the coordination, and execution of materials/ documents ensuring that change orders are processed successfully within SLA. * Identifies appropriate approvers based on straightforward change order types and in accordance with documented procedures. Follows up with approvers via email/phone and escalates to their manager if necessary. * Supports mass data updates in Agile and SAP/E1 with testing as necessary for both projects and regular changes. * Executes product data changes in E1 and/or SAP for approved change orders, as appropriate. * Serves as administrator of the change control system, participates in standard processes' reviews to ensure compliance with existing procedures and data standards. * Possess the ability (verbal, written, and email) to communicate effectively with internal customer(s) about standard processes. * Provides end-users status updates and due date feasibility as requested. * Completes training assignments, attends on the job training sessions, and has a passes all training quizzes. * Document Issues for use in Process Improvement Initiatives. * Understand data standards and ensure adherence for straight forward situations. * Understand the transfer of Agile data to the downstream systems (E1, SAP, Hybris, Web, Siebel) Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: * Associate's degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. * 1 - 3 years of experience in Product Life Cycle Management and Change Control desirable. * Seeks support from coworkers and/or manager when issues/problems arise. * Must be able to work and thrive in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
