Join us as we continue to scale and innovate our operational systems and client platforms.We are currently seeking a Salesforce Engineer & Developer to support and enhance our growing technology ecosystem.Full-Time PositionSalary: $90,000-$125,000 DOEWhat you'll doThe Salesforce Engineer & Developer will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering operational technology projects on time and within budget. This role plays a key part in aligning technical solutions with business needs, while supporting and enhancing both existing and newly developed platforms.What your role isLead the end-to-end management of operational technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoptionDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and client service teams, to define project deliverables and milestonesOversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize client interactionsIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project roadblocksMonitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedbackEnsure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirementsFoster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practicesLearn and operate platforms based on the needs of both existing and newly developed technologyProvide technical understanding, training, and support to operations teamsProvide ongoing technical support for current and newly created platformsSupport Salesforce development as well as mobile and web-based application developmentAdditional tasks as assigned by CSD LeadershipWhat we're looking forExperience with Salesforce development and platform managementFamiliarity with mobile and/or web application developmentStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersUnderstanding of AI-driven processes and client service platforms is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical teamsWhy join us?You'll have the opportunity to build and shape systems that directly impact our operations and client experience.
