Administrative Assistant (CPA Firm)
A small, collaborative CPA firm (10–12 people) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced professional services environment. This role is especially critical during tax season and requires someone who can stay organized, communicate effectively, and provide a high level of client service.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactionsManage scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordinationAssist with document collection, organization, and client follow-ups during tax seasonSupport administrative workflows including filing, data entry, and record managementCoordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsQualifications:Prior experience in a professional services environment (CPA firm, law firm, financial services, etc.) preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindsetHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tax or accounting software is a plus
