Develop, modify, debug, and evaluate programs, integrations, reports, workflows, and configurations for corporate functional areas, including but not limited to finance, accounting, procurement, human resources, and operations. This position is responsible for providing excellence in problem solving, customer service, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical Oracle Fusion Financials issues. The focus of this position is to provide technical service, functional knowledge, and system support that improves business operations, strengthens financial controls, and drives customer success.ResponsibilitiesThe key skills used daily include a high level of techno-functional expertise, Oracle Fusion Financials product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. The main role of the Oracle Fusion Financials Developer is to resolve highly complex techno-functional issues across Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Expenses, Project Financial Management, and Financial Reporting. Analyzes and documents financial business processes, system configurations, integrations, and operational practices. Develops functional and technical designs based on high-level business requirements. Creates test plans and test scripts to validate system functionality, integrations, reports, workflows, and enhancements. Supports migration activities from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Financials, including data mapping, conversion validation, reconciliation, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support. Works with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to understand existing PeopleSoft financials processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion Financials configurations, integrations, reports, and future-state workflows. Assists with identifying gaps between legacy PeopleSoft functionality and Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities, recommending process improvements and system design changes where appropriate.Provides 24x7 support for production ERP systems as required. Completes and updates system documentation, configuration documentation, knowledge management articles, and support materials as requested. Develops interfaces to and from the ERP system and implements approved customizations, extensions, and automation as required. Identifies and implements opportunities for integration, automation, reporting improvements, and process efficiencies within the Oracle Fusion Financials environment. Technical resources in small to medium-sized projects related to Oracle Fusion Financials enhancements, integrations, reporting, and system improvements. Works with the CNB Project Management Team and business stakeholders to analyze data needs, gather requirements, and support project delivery. Constantly evaluates and updates procedures in assigned areas of responsibility when applicable. Develop short-term plans for system enhancements and drives them through completion. Prepares and obtains approval of system, programming, configuration, and technical documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, security, reporting, integration, and system standards. Trains users in system functionality, conversion activities, testing, and implementation of financial systems and processes. Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processing activities as needed.Supports audit, compliance, and internal control requirements related to Oracle Fusion Financials system access, data integrity, approvals, and reporting. No supervisory/management authority.Requires light physical effort. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds with some standing or walking. Mental and visual efforts due to the nature of the job.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field, and five plus years of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Applications experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Applications preferred. Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financials application modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Procurement, Project Financial Management, and Financial Reporting. Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Financial Management and related business processes. Strong database skills and proficiency with SQL; DBA-related experience preferred. Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials configurations, workflows, approvals, flex fields, value sets, chart of accounts, accounting rules, subledger accounting, and financial business processes. Experience with Oracle data conversion and migration tools, including File-Based Data Import, Spreadsheet Data Loader, Application Development Framework Desktop Integration, and related financial data load processes. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and related business processes preferred, particularly in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Purchasing, Commitment Control, and financial reporting. Experience supporting ERP migrations or implementations from PeopleSoft Financials to Oracle Fusion Financials, including data conversion, integration analysis, report replacement, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing. Ability to understand legacy PeopleSoft configurations, reports, interfaces, workflows, and data structures in order to support migration planning and successful transition to Oracle Fusion Financials. Ability to develop and maintain financial interfaces between Oracle Fusion Financials and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP web services, BI Publisher, FBDI templates, and other approved integration methods. Experience developing data models and writing custom financial reports in BI Publisher. Experience building BI analyses using subject areas in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence. Experience with Oracle Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and/or Enterprise Performance Management reporting tools preferred. Prior working experience providing technical customer support in Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle ERP Cloud. Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Security, including users, roles, privileges, data access, role provisioning, and Security Console architecture. Strong understanding of financial controls, segregation of duties, approval workflows, audit requirements, and data security.
