Project Coordinator/Project Manager

Job Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Littleton / Waterton, CO (50% Onsite) Job Type: Contract (12+ Months) Clearance: Not RequiredOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support Training & Learning Strategies initiatives. This role will act as the central coordination point for multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution, accurate tracking, and timely delivery while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage multiple learning and development projects end-to-endBuild, maintain, and optimize Jira project workspaces, dashboards, and reportingTrack project progress to ensure delivery on time and within budgetCreate and manage procurement requests, including cost justificationMaintain a live project budget tracker and monitor Level of Effort (LOE) vs budgetIdentify and communicate any budget or resource variances proactivelyManage resource allocation and team capacity planningProvide accurate forecasting for upcoming project staffing needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partnersEnsure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational processesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project ManagementExperience working in a technical or training-focused environment preferredBasic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Jira (JQL, dashboards, configuration)Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP Certification or equivalentAtlassian Jira CertificationExperience with procurement processes and budget trackingKnowledge of risk management and change control processesAbility to manage dynamic team environments and shifting prioritiesIdeal CandidateProactive and solution-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail and ownershipAbility to anticipate issues and resolve them earlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentEager to learn and stay updated on tools, Agile practices, and processesAbout Seneca ResourcesAt Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
