This role is responsible for converting approved work into fully planned, executable work packages that enable safe, reliable, and efficient field execution across geographically dispersed assets. The role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Integrity, Maintenance Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce execution risk, improve schedule credibility, and ensure work is fully ready prior to field execution.Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 AnnuallySalary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills.Responsibilities:Develop detailed maintenance plans for P2 to P5 (Per CMPT) corrective, preventive, integrity, and regulatory work across pipeline and terminal assetsDefine job scopes, task sequencing, labor estimates, materials, tools, permits, and contractor requirementsEnsure work packages are fully planned and executable before release to schedulingPlan and manage work orders using SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and consistencyIdentify and coordinate material and service provider requirements to support execution readinessVisit work sites as required to understand task‑level risks and develop safe execution work packagesDevelop and maintain and continuously improve job plans and task lists, through analysis of previous work order history, soliciting planning feedback, performing workplace observations, and field walk downsplan In‑line inspections (ILI), right‑of‑way (ROW), and other pipeline maintenance activities as requiredLocation and other Key detailsLocation: You will work out of our Cheyenne District Office, 1700 Cutler Rd #1, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States, or Commerce City Business CenterHours of work are a 40-hour work week, Monday to FridayValid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations as required.This position is a safety sensitive roleThink we are a fit?
