Role: Technical Product/Program ManagerLocation: Wilmington, DE (5 Days Onsite)Duration: 12+ months ContractRequired SkillsStrong understanding of Java/J2EE, APIs, microservices, system architecture, and cloud concepts.Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager in the BFS domain.Experience in BFS areas such as payments, lending, cards, digital banking, or core banking.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.Ability to manage both strategic product planning and detailed technical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives within the BFS domain by managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.Drive product roadmap discussions, gather business requirements, and translate them into detailed user stories and technical specifications.Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning with engineering and cross‑functional teams.Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to support API/microservices discussions, integration patterns, and cloud‑related solutioning.Oversee project governance, RAID logs, cross‑team alignment, vendor coordination, and release management activities.Deliver product documentation, workflow diagrams, and release notes to support business readiness and audit compliance.Thank youPraveenpraveen.s@themesoft.com
