Establish and maintain strong ties with local pediatricians, psychologists, and referral partners to support community outreach and increase awareness of ABA services. Coordinate client-facing events such as sensory days, open houses, and community events to foster community engagement and family support. The individual will be essential in driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth and development of the region. The role also entails developing strategic plans, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring client satisfaction.Qualifications:Operations management, strategic planning, and performance analysis skillsExceptional interpersonal and rapport-building abilitiesDemonstrated ability to build and sustain strong, long-term professional relationshipsKnowledge of compliance, policies, and proceduresExperience with client satisfaction and service coordinationExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in a health-related field or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required
