Performance Pay: Includes monthly performance sign-on pay for the first 6 months ($0.025 $0.05 CPM). Average Weekly Miles: 2,100 2,500 miles per week. Bonuses: $500 on-boarding bonus $1,000 vacation pay. Route Types: Dedicated (Minneapolis/Savage area) and OTRBenefits & EquipmentEquipment: Average age of our tractors is 1-2 years and our trailers is 2 years. Freight: 100% no-touch freight. Support: Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), pet/rider programs, and 24/7 dispatch. Hometime: Weekly for dedicated roles in the Minneapolis area. CDL-A Truck Driver RequirementsValid CDL-A Minimum age: 21 years 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years) Safe driving record Stable work history*Includes monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months: $0.025 CPM (under 3 yrs exp.) or $0.05 CPM (3 yrs exp.), based on miles & safe driving. Must be employed and in working status at payout.
