Solutions Engineer (SECRET CLEARANCE)
About the RoleWe are looking for a solutions engineer to service as the primary technical point of contact for all product prospects, leads, and opportunities. The role will consist of designing and presenting customized technical solutions to meet new customer needs. The solutions engineer will conduct technical demos, troubleshoot, build proofs-of-concept, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure product fit and customer adoption.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of the externally facing customer interactions to include demonstrations of the systems, briefings, onsite visits, consultations of capabilitiesPrimary contact for all customers, being a primary point of contact until product implementation beginsManages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemProvide Teams/Zoom calls, Webinars, phone calls and technical briefs and documentation upon requestFacilities collaboration with dedicated deployment/installation teamBridge the gap between customers and internal development teams by feeding user requirements and technical feedback back to developersQualifications5 or more years of experience in customer-facing, pre-sales, or technical implementation roleBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related technical fieldStrong knowledge of software, APIs, integrations, and network systemsAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersUS CitizenshipMust have or be able to obtain a Top Secret ClearanceRequired SkillsPrevious project development and leadership positionsProficiency using REST APIs, data structures, and a strong understanding of system architectureBasic programming/scripting knowledge to customize demos and perform troubleshootingUnderstanding of the SaaS sales cycle and value-based sellingExperience delivering technical demosCloud-specific certifications or industry-recognized credentialsPreferred SkillsSecret ClearancePay range and compensation packageBenefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Flexible spending account, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insuranceEqual Opportunity StatementThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
