UPS is hiring full-time skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-volume package facility in the Lenexa area. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with a strong electrical and mechanical background who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What You’ll Do:Maintain and troubleshoot advanced electrical systems including VFDs, sensors, motors, and control equipmentRepair and service mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components used in conveyor and package handling systemsPerform preventive maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficientlySupport facility uptime with real-time problem solving in a 24/7 operationSchedule:Full-time role with flexible shift availability (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)Example shift: Mon–Fri, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AMWhat We’re Looking For:Strong electrical experience (assessment required)Hands-on maintenance experience in industrial or distribution environmentsAbility to work independently and collaborate with team membersPay & Benefits:Starting at $39.10/hour (competitive for the Lenexa/Kansas City market)Weekly pay Outstanding benefits including: $0 premium healthcare (after eligibility period); 401(k) & pension plan; Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave; Employee stock purchase program
