Registered Nurse - CVICU

Job Description Job Summary: Provide specialized critical care nursing services to adult patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while adhering to hospital policies and protocols. Responsibilities: Administer comprehensive critical care to adult patients recovering from cardiovascular surgery and interventions.Monitor hemodynamic parameters using GE monitors, Swan-Ganz catheters, and other advanced equipment.Manage ventilators, central lines, chest tubes, and critical procedures such as CRRT and Impella devices.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the EMR system.Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition, providing emergent interventions as needed.
