This pivotal role involves driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance team culture. As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multiple sites within your designated region, ensuring compliance with industry standards while delivering exceptional service to our clients. The Regional Manager leads and develops a team of Field Service Technicians and Associate Managers, ensures performance metrics are met, and continuously improves service efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, brings structure and clarity to daily operations, and builds a high-performing, accountable team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growthOversee profit & loss responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceededSupervise site managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityLead and attend daily and weekly huddle meetings to gather feedback and ensure technicians meet expectations related to time on-site, communication, and value delivered.Oversee scheduling, routing, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.Support newly promoted Associate Managers in running daily huddles and resolving in-progress field service obstacles while they continue to service customers.Monitor technician performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures, safety practices, and service quality standards.Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and service delivery across the region.Work closely with field technician personnel to diagnose instrumentation issuesProvide technical support and guidance as neededBuild strong internal and external relationshipsExperienceProven management experience with a track record of leading teams across multiple locationsStrong background in strategic planning, business development, and sales within regulated environmentsDemonstrated success in supervising teams with a focus on performance management and process improvementExperience managing profit & loss statements with an emphasis on financial accountabilitySkilled in project management with the ability to oversee complex initiatives from inception to completionExcellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaborationPrior experience in the life sciences or related industries is highly desirableQualifications Required Experience & Skills5+ years of experience in field service operations, regional management, or a similar leadership role.Proven experience managing field-based teams in a service-oriented environment.Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and margin performance.Experience with managing performance metrics.Strong customer-facing experience with relationship management and issue resolution.Experience developing frontline leaders or supervisors preferred.Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email) and ability to learn custom database applicationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detailInitiative, planning, and organizational skillsPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various positions (bending, kneeling, sitting, standing)Join us as we push the boundaries of innovation in life sciences!
